Tessa Allingham is an experienced freelance journalist and food writer. Having written for and edited various food-related publications including the Chef section of what was then called Caterer & Hotelkeeper (now, The Caterer), she contributes regularly to the East Anglian Daily Times Suffolk Magazine, among others. She co-authored both Suffolk Feast: One County, Twenty Chefs, and Norfolk Table: One County, Twenty Chefs and is also a collaborator in Un-Earthed a book that celebrates producers, chefs and artisans along the Suffolk coast.
