Julia Kingsford is the co-founder with Nikesh Shukla of The Good Literary Agency, a new social enterprise literary agency which is funded by Arts Council England and seeks to increase the pipeline to publication for under-represented writers. She also runs The Good Literary Journal with Nikesh. As well as her Good ventures she runs her own literary agency and marketing consultancy, Kingsford Campbell and prior to this was CEO of World Book Night and head of marketing for Foyles Bookshops. Her first book, Asperger’s and Asparagus, co-written with her sister Katherine about Katherine’s experience of life with undiagnosed autism will be published by Pan Macmillan next year.
